" We had a cracked toilet and we were only going to replace it. However, that would mean damage to floor and wall tiles. As our bathroom was very dated, we decided to change the lot. HCG quoted to gut existing bathroom and we agreed fixtures and fittings. Whilst this was going on we decided to update the downstairs shower/utility and then the kitchen. A lot of work and different trades required, which isn’t easy to co-ordinate. A few niggles along the way but when reported to the office they have been fixed. We still have a couple of jobs outstanding, but this is due to a manufacturing delay. We trust this will be completed, end of Feb/March. Any home improvement will be unlikely to go 100% smoothly, especially in an old house. However, when the office was advised of an issue it was dealt with. "
